At Elovia, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or worn products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Change of mind after purchase (unless otherwise stated)
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
